This tool has common design for all motor sizes, various lobe configuration and contour lengths enabling any RPM and combination with high performance bits. Furthermore, it has enhanced threaded connections preventing motor failures such as twist off and fatigue failure and has Upper (Rotor) and Lower (Shaft) Catchers.

Standard Parameters are: Drilling Mud Density up to 2000kg/m3 where the maximum bottomhole temperature up to 120 degree centigrade and the maximum sand content is 1%.

Drilling and Fishing Jars (Universal Impact Tool)

Jars are designed in a way to free a drilling tool stuck in a hole by jarring against the stuck point.

Our drilling jar is a double acing hydraulic jar designed for use during drilling operations to apply an intensified force against a stuck portion of the drill string by jarring up or down.

Our fishing jar is also a hydraulic jar designed to free stuck portions by applying impact force with higher frequency than drilling jar due to a faster rechart.

These tools are Simple, strong and dual-use design.

Circulation Sub

Circulation Sub is a downhole tool to control flow between the pipe and annulus. Once opened, the downward flow through the pipe will be split. Partial of the circulating fluid will flow through the sideway ports to the annulus between wellbore and pipe.

This is especially useful in applications such as drilling in slim-hole wells, or wellbore cleanup operations, where different annular flow rates are required in different annular sections to reduce ECD or pipe pressure requirement.
